cheap but ok inside

Pretty light weight which is to be expected for the price. There should be a direction of rotation indicator - I can't tell how to install a fan to blow air out unless I plug it into the MB. The self-tapping screws for the somewhat flimsy case mean that if you try to reinstall it you'll have to find other hardware to do so. And why does Revain have so many ratings of a 3 pin fan below this 4 pin fan (PWM)? Fan?
