I've been using these gloves for a while now and they really help with the pain and swelling. I have arthritis in my right hand and in May I had a bad flare. Nothing seemed to help the swelling until I bought these gloves. It took some time, but most of the swelling eventually subsided. I really enjoy using these gloves when driving long distances and working on the computer. My hand hurts a lot during this time. When I wear gloves for any of these tasks, I find that by the end of the day my hand doesn't hurt that much. I've just ordered a few more pairs so I always have one on my desk and one in the car. I'm still using the other two pairs I bought a few months ago so they're holding up well. The quality of these gloves is very good in my opinion.
