Review on Hush Puppies Everyday Slipon Leather Men's Shoes: Comfort and Style Combined by Chris Horton

I chose these Hush Puppies for review because I am constantly looking for nice shoes for my 93 year old husband that are easy to put on and comfortable at home, but everything is fine . when we go on one of our rare outings to eat or get our hair cut. He has small feet - size 7 or 7 1/2. They looked perfect and when they arrived I was very pleased with the packaging and the look and feel of the shoe. They have good leather shoes and I not only appreciated the attractive box from Hush Puppy but also that the shoes had shoe lasts and were nicely lined in the fabric. My daughter was visiting and decided to help her grandfather, like all stepchildren and grandchildren. Call him, try on shoes. However, it soon became apparent that his instep was too high and he would have a hard time putting his shoes on. Since they were so difficult to put on, that meant he wouldn't wear them enough to break them either. But there was also a positive side! My daughter tried on the shoes herself, she really liked them! The style is really what I would call unisex style. She is petite, a dancer by trade, has well developed, muscular feet, and is likely wearing size 7 1/2 women's shoes. Because these shoes are tapered, they weren't sloppy on her, but they don't need to be broken in. As they are leather and can stretch, she may need to wear socks with them over time, but that's ok because of the style. They will look great with trousers and jeans. Even if I had to gift these beautiful and well made shoes instead of giving them to a family member, they would still be 5 stars. However, I consider it a plus that the style works as a unisex style. If the shoes fit, wear them!
