The ease of use is what I liked best about this software. It's intuitive to get started using it and has great documentation/guides available as well as very responsive support team that helped me out quickly when there were questions or problems arose. Their pricing model can be confusing at first since you have different accounts depending upon your role within their business (web developer/designer). You may want to look closely at how they differentiate themselves from other providers in order to understand which account would work best for your needs. We used channelize for an engagement event where we wanted our audience to take surveys through text messaging while also being able to share pictures back and forth during live chats.
