I bought this brand new but the item was definitely not new; The packaging arrived crumpled and torn, there were old coffee stains on the butt, the instructions were all crumpled. Not too happy to have paid full price for a definitely used product. Plus, it does a great job of figuring out how much pressure you're putting on Flair. Because the ring/collar is made of stainless steel, this is another item that requires preheating, adding another layer of work to your workflow. Fitting a piston to a stainless steel ring/ring is also slightly more difficult than a standard plastic piston.
