Revain is not an authorized dealer, buy elsewhere

I bought this camera a few years ago and it was working fine until I needed help from Hikvision tech support. I needed to reset my password and they didn't as they saw the serial number which said it was bought from an unauthorized dealer. The Revain pages say Hikvision which is misleading. Buyer warning!
