Not the best product I've come across. I didn't really use them in the end. I installed them but due to my situation I used spacers instead. They'll do their job, but if they're pulled all the way out, for example, they probably won't be stable and moving. Toe clips are included, but that's not enough. Toe clips are thin. Notes: They are really designed for a closet with no sock. I added cabinets to my kitchen that had these. My new cabinets had socks and sides sized for standard cabinet height and used with spacers. If you want to adjust fixed foot cabinets to the lowest position, you cannot adjust them. You won't be able to reach them under your toe. Cheap cabinets are made of thinner wood and you have to be careful when screwing in the other side. Buy extra sock clips.
