So the instructions are not helpful at all. I had to contact YouTube. That's good but disappointing. Many steps. Unfortunately the old screen removal tools are not enough, but I found out. Installing the new item was difficult - lots of tiny inserts etc, unfortunately they didn't supply new pieces of tape to close the connections for the new cables. So whoever throws away the old ones is SOL. Went to install a new digitizer in place. And the screen cracked against the bezel at the top of the screen. Pooh. So so so frustrating. I don't know what I could have done differently. Now I have to buy another one and hope it doesn't crack this time. Pretty annoying process.
