Hello, I bought this pump instead of an electric compressor to inflate my PCP and paintball high pressure air tanks. I will tell you that I am a little disappointed. I waited over 3 weeks to receive this one and when I did it was broken. the thermometer is broken. Well I just bought a new paintball gun and definitely had to test it out. I used this to pump my 68 cubic inch reservoir rated at 4500psi to 300psi. It took me over an hour to do this between waiting for the pump shaft to cool down and getting exhausted! I'm a little guy, 150 pounds and it worked fine. The rest of the reviews are correct. The hardest part is overcoming the first 1500 pounds of pressure. It took me 1000 strokes to get my 68 cui tank to 3000 psi. it lasted over an hour. I still think the Scuba and HPA adapter is a better way than this pump. I trained well with 1000 strokes, but I'm a lazy old man. Instead, I'm looking at a REAL compressor. But this pump works as it should and does what it promises. It's just a workout. much luck
