Review on FreeBookings by Nikith Brewster

I like how easy it was setup (1 week). The customer support team are extremely helpful once they understand what we need done but at first their lack of understanding made them difficult! We're really trying out free booking so far there's nothing bad about this software as such however if i had any complaints other than some minor hiccups in training then those would be addressed straight away by freebooking themselves!! There have been no issues since implementation aside form our own staff misplacing info or missing details etc which hasnt happened before now because everything gets logged correctly automatically when using Freebookers.
