I like that it is very easy to use and has many different features to choose from, depending on what you're looking for in your home automation system. There are some things about the software interface that could be improved. It's not as intuitive as other systems. However, once you've learned how to navigate around the software, everything works well. We have two separate homes, one with a single zone of electronics (TV) and another with multiple zones (bedroom, living room, kitchen). The second house was a bit more complicated because we had more devices than just the TV, but this is no longer an issue.
