These bottle drainers are great for draining sterilized 750ml wine bottles or flip top pint beer bottles. You have to remove the cap assembly of the wire flip cap beer bottle capper, but it's easy. There is a smaller 12-ounce drainer. beer bottles too. I also use a bottle tree to drain the water in the first step after rinsing, but the bottle tree inserts a stick into the bottle to hold it upside down for draining. This is a potential source of pollution. Drain racks prevent bottles from getting inside to keep them clean after sterilization.
