I love this hand mask! It arrived quickly and well packaged. Contains three individual masks. Each of them is individually wrapped. They are pretty easy to use but the front of the box says step one three and two ie step one and three are up and two are the gloves. However, if you flip it, the first and third tiers end up on different sides, so you really can't tell which tier is one and which is three. I think if I remember correctly you should go with what is written on the back of the box and not the front. Plus it's awesome, it's a 3 step process and my hands turned out pretty pretty! There is no perceptible odor on any of the steps. The gloves are very comfortable to wear. You should leave the clubs on for about 20-25 minutes.
