I love this hand mask! It arrived quickly and well packaged. Contains three individual masks. Each of them is individually wrapped. They are pretty easy to use but the front of the box says step one three and two ie step one and three are up and two are the gloves. However, if you flip it, the first and third tiers end up on different sides, so you really can't tell which tier is one and which is three. I've used hand masks before and this was the first mask I thought worked. First, make sure you open packages correctly. The first one I used I ignored sections 1, 2 and 3 and just tore them up. The lavender is subtle but smells nice, wish it was stronger. They absorb and moisturize, they leave your hands so soft and hydrated. There is so much excess in the gloves that I ended up squeezing it all out and using it all over my body. They are really good, I can only recommend them.
