God the packaging for this is confusing. The instructions for the first stop are at the end of step three and vice versa. When I first used this I accidentally did the steps in reverse order. Once I figured that out (at step 3, or should I say step one) I assumed that was why the treatment seemed ineffective. So a few days later I repeated the whole process again. An hour later, my hands still felt the same. No changes. This product had no effect on me and wasn't worth losing my hands for an hour. A good drugstore hand cream like Nivea does a lot more. I wish I could say I got at least one relaxing spa session from him, but I can't. This process does not have a particularly soothing or strong odor, and the gloves tend to be uncomfortable to wear. I tried to tape them so I can at least use my iPad, but the tape wouldn't stick and they're so thin I thought they might break if I keep fighting, so I just got my hands on them watched tv. my knees Even if I don't particularly like a product, I can usually think of someone who makes it. The world is full of different people who love and use different things so I rarely give 1 star. The second I call the "benefit of the doubt" star. and this? I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
