I saw a similar device in a YouTube video and thought it would be nice to try it. This particular device was not very functional. The edges of the comb are rough (this means that the rough edges will hurt your finger when using the device on the hair). The edges of the pointed end of the device were also rough and my hair caught on the rough edges, preventing it from sliding through my hair easily. i will return it
