I would ask for a refund if I could. Never used until today 06/09/2021. I bought it on 07/28/2021, I could not return it. Do not buy this product, it is not balanced and when you plug it into your dremel it vibrates like crazy (this is the slowest speed of the dremel tool). It didn't even make contact with the skin or anything before flexing as you can see in the picture. If you're lucky, it just bends the shank and locks up your dremel. It damaged the dremel and luckily it didn't hurt me. This is a very poorly made polishing tool. Once again I warn everyone, do not buy this product, it can either hurt you or kill you.
