Absolutely NOT a sports bra, I don't know why they advertise it that way. It's a soft, stretchy lounge bra, and when you transition from walk to trot, your chest pops out of your clothes. However, as a mature, full, mid-chest 34DDD, this is the best fitting, most flattering, softly supportive "home" underwired bra I've found (and I've tried dozens). There are soft insoles that I threw away, I prefer a natural look. This bralet allows me to be as close to the topless as possible and I love it.
