Not suitable for US technology

I am having trouble trying to connect to my computer. Then the print size was weird and unreadable. I tried contacting tech support through the app as suggested. Unfortunately everything is in Mandarin. After hours of searching the web I finally managed to print it out at a readable size. However, when I actually took it out for portable use, it didn't work with my computer. My computer sees it but says there is a problem and restarts every time I click the printer's name to try to print. I am currently trying to return.
