Review on 🧵 Aurifil A1050-2600 Dove Mako Cotton Thread: Superior Quality Solid 50WT, Long-lasting 1422Yds Spool by Gelin Battle

Aurifil Mako 50 is my favorite tool for sewing, machine quilting and binding. Color 2600 (dove) is a great alternative to white as a neutral. It is a light, almost silvery grey. Like all cotton thread, it contains lint, but it's very easy to remove the lint from the machine by plucking the lint in between regular vacuuming at home. I often buy from local stores, but sometimes they just don't have the variety of colors (or good price) that you can find online. For frequent online shoppers, I would recommend investing in an Aurifil color chart so you know exactly what to expect when choosing a color.
