Note the whitish, slightly gray color

There are no complaints about the thread quality. It's very good quality and works great on the two Brother machines I've used it with. As for the color, note that the thread color is not white. The pigeon is slightly off-white. It is a neutral gray color with a slight metallic tint due to the luster of the thread. It is NOT warm/cream white. If you use this for a visible cast, I don't think the color goes well with warm tones.

Pros
  • For machine embroidery, quilting and serging
Cons
  • Little things

I often buy from local stores, but sometimes they just don't have the variety of colors (or good price) that you can find online. For frequent online shoppers, I…

Pros
  • Large Bobbin
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

I have a Juki 2000 and a patchwork singer. So far I've only tried aurifil 50 wt in my Juki and NOW I UNDERSTAND what people meant when they said "my car loves this thread". I have understood! My Juki doesn't work as hard and is much quieter. The seams are beautiful! The thread seems strong but is twice as thin as polyester so I…
