This is an OEM compressor and should be of good quality. Well I think that would be it. I have a 2007 Toyota Camry and bought it in January 2018. I don't drive more than 10,000km a year and it seems to work fine. Then I heard a rattle and the air conditioning stopped working. According to my honest mechanic, the clutch is sticking. I just asked him to get another compressor with a clutch and install it with freon. It's a shame that such a component fails so quickly. He told me that because he buys online, he usually gets parts from a local supplier, and sometimes he gets remanufactured parts instead of new parts. This part looked new, but maybe it wasn't?
