I thought I had the best bluetooth speaker on the market for the money, the ad says lifetime warranty. Good product has failed after just over a year of use. completely distorted sound and not even at maximum volume. made several attempts to contact the Jamkirk via phone and email but never received a response. Don't call, there is always an answering machine asking you to leave a message and someone will get back to you. No replies to emails either. seemed like a great product but customer service is everything these days. bad to buy elsewhere
