The best thing about concura it its ease of management with no effort at the end user side or admin level. I don't think there's anything i dislike but maybe if their price could be lower for smaller plans than they offer now. It helps me get real time data on my web pages. Its helping us find our target audience so we can increase conversions like emails sent etc. It's not only about tracking your conversions but it helps you keep track what exactly are users clicking through or where they go after coming in which allows us more control over our campaigns by letting know if we have any issues with traffic flow etc as well.
