I've always been looking for a good pillow and stopped here after learning about latex. This pillow uses Dunlop latex which is quite firm. The best thing about this pillow is that you can adjust the pillow to suit different needs. Reading in bed, sitting or sleeping. The pillow inflates to lift and you can take it with you when needed. I ended up taking out a few handfuls each night until I had the right amount. T The pillow comes with a washable outer cover and a zippered inner cover for adding/removing filling. There was no order as latex does not release gas. It smells like latex. Unfortunately I had to return my 2 packs of pillows as the Dunlop only enhanced the feeling of sleep. Customer service was great. No questions were asked. I would look into them if they released shredded Talalay pillows which are made of softer latex.
