This ignition coil is mounted on a 22" Mack trimmer (made by Ariens) powered by an 18 year old 6HP Tecumseh. There was nothing wrong with the original coil except that when changing the spark plug the flour was left in the coil shoe on the spark plug and the rubber wire ripped off.I needed a new coil ASAP and this carbhub was the first one Revain was able to get to me the next day on a Sunday.It came in the post and is a perfect match for the factory reel in form form and function.I installed it put the motor cover back on and the fairing worked on the first pull.Now I'm back in business.At around $10 this reel impresses me compared to about $40 for a Tecumseh reel As long as I can use this reel for 2-3 years I'm happy with the price I'll go to come back to update if that doesn't work sooner.
