The seat arrived quickly and in good condition. It appears to be very well made. As described, this is a fairly wide saddle with good padding and suspension. I had a setup issue: I have a rail mount on my bike, and like other Cloud 9 saddles, the rails on the seat were too far apart, requiring me to squeeze it in a vise. i am an old gentleman who ride 15-20 miles on a hybrid bike, mostly on paved bike lanes. I was looking for more comfort and support for my "sit bones". This seat definitely does that, and the suspension absorbs road bumps well. I really wanted to love this saddle and rode it for three days. However, its configuration at the point where the hips meet the cheeks is such that no matter how I adjusted it, it tended to press on the tendons there and cause discomfort after a few miles. I also found that the combination of a wide seating surface and dense, non-porous cover material led to sweat build-up, leading to discomfort and chafing. so i return
