Easy to assemble/disassemble and clean. You must constantly monitor the metal filings in the meat. I made sure the cap was barely finger tight (resulting in the meat coming out of the threaded area under the cap) and that there were small chunks here and there. I think the blade assembly design needs improvement to apply back pressure and clearance evenly. This would prevent the blade from getting metal shavings into my food. Otherwise everything was fine.
