Review on Soldering Cleaner Solder Cleaning Holder by Dustin Gabrielle

Bought this because it looked useful and might work. However, after getting it and trying it, I found that it really didn't work that well. I ended up going back to the damp sponge that came with my iron. The problems I encountered were: * The brass material is too soft and moves too much to clean the tip well. * The brass material was not solid enough (too many holes) to properly clean the tip. * The brass material didn't fill the container enough to prevent it from moving all over the place Suggestions: * Make the material a little stiffer * Make the material bigger so it fills the container and doesn't splatter when you press into the material, it comes into contact with, with more surface area for cleaning
