Fits with minor modifications
I installed this on my 2003 Camry. Two of the factory heat shields had to be re-drilled for this cat. The upper heat shield also had to be adjusted slightly. However, all the important holes were perfectly matched. If you don't mind drilling your heat shields a little, they appear to be of the same quality as any other much more expensive aftermarket cats I've installed. Time will tell how long this lasts. So far, so good.
