This was my first time trying an EHP Laps brand nutritional supplement and I was very impressed. The dragon fruit flavor immediately caught my attention as it's not a flavor you see often. I love trying different flavors so this one really hooked me! This product was pretty tasty, especially for a BCAA supplement. It didn't have that bitter, medicinal aftertaste that many other BCAAs have. The taste of the dragon fruit is very good - tropical, slightly sweet and mild in taste. I was expecting it to be more tart, and while there is astringency, it definitely wasn't sweeter. For those who have never tried dragon fruit, the taste is (in my opinion) similar to kiwi. I was impressed by how well the product dissolved in room temperature water. No traces, no floating particles, no chunks on the ground. The powder was very fine, which certainly contributed to how well it dissolved. I literally followed the directions on the label and it worked out just fine. The taste is not overwhelming. Like other good quality BCAAs I've tried, this product really helps with muscle repair and fatigue, especially if you're really pushing yourself to lift weights. Great product and I look forward to making and drinking it. after every workout! (instead of fearing it like other brands used to)
