I also like how easy it was for me to set up my account with them, as well as their customer support staff who helped me get started. It took some time getting used to but after about two weeks it became very intuitive and simple to use. So far everything has been great. There really isn't anything bad at this point in time. If you're looking for an all inclusive slack app then look no further than kyber. We've been able to communicate more effectively within our group and have had success reaching out to other teams across departments without having to create multiple accounts/messages just to reach different groups. Also, we were able to track messages easily by using tags. This made communication between us much easier since everyone could see what was being said.
