I really like that it integrates with other tools, such as Zapier for automations in my workflows! It's also very simple compared if you're familiar using slack itself (which we are). Not much dislikes at this point but would love more integrations into our business processes rather than just being an addon tool - maybe even natively integrated so they can be used together?
