We have hardwood floors and no mats as I use a power chair and the mats slip when driving. Due to COVID I had to buy floor mats to reduce noise while working from home. This tape came very quickly, I didn't realize when ordering that it comes with a knife and a cutting block. It was a pleasant surprise! This material was inexpensive, easy to apply and easy to stick to the floor. Most importantly for us, the carpet didn't move even when I turned on it! This was enough to make 5 5ft strips and 2 7ft strips. I have no reason to retire it, so I don't know how easy it is to remove, but I won't be doing it any time soon. I have already ordered a second roll as I plan to buy more mats now as I don't have to worry about them sliding around all over the place.
