Update: Latest firmware (M2B207 - July 2022) fixes issues I encountered with KVM. My only gripe is that KVM only supports two devices, although the monitor itself can connect three (HDMI + DisplayPort + USB-C) as there are only two upstream connections (USB-B and USB-C) across the devices can access the monitor ports. So if you want to use your keyboard and mouse for multiple devices, this monitor can handle two instead of three. I rate it 4.5 stars with the latest firmware. ---- The P3421W is my first ultra wide and first curved screen, but I bought it specifically for the built-in KVM. The size is a reasonable replacement for two screens, although it's still significantly smaller than two 1080p as you'd expect based on the resolution. The curve looked strange for about a day, after which I stopped noticing it. What drives me crazy is KVM. I use it to switch between Mac and PC. I don't use PIP/PBP features (actually not enough). But there is always the question of whether switching from one input to another will find a signal, especially when a machine has just woken up from sleep. Switching between inputs can result in the monitor entering a state where neither the joystick nor the power button respond and the monitor must be unplugged to restart. Obviously the monitor firmware is buggy (updated to the latest version). Unless this is corrected I cannot give it more than the average overall rating.
