Review on Cashel Crusader Horse Fly Guards by Kim Rogers

Saved my gelding from flies!

Bought a pair last summer for a gelding with sensitive skin. Flies attack him all summer long, and his legs are covered with scabs. I washed them in the washing machine about every two weeks. This is my second summer of using them and they have worn off a bit but I expect they will hold up this summer as well. No problems with discomfort or chafing on my horse's legs. He wears them every day and takes them off at night. He is a 16 hour color and I bought a horse size for him. He sits on it well and does not sag, although this is the second summer. My 15-hour Tennessee Walking mare swims about the size of a horse, and I'll probably have to buy her pony-sized knee pads. She notices the size of the horse and they are too big. I highly recommend measuring your horse's hooves before purchasing. If you buy a size that fits well, they work amazingly well. I highly recommend. :)
