Electrostatic switch to open and close the holder is very easy to open accidentally. With all those silly bells and whistles like a scent diffuser and sound effects, there has to be a light or something to confirm the holder is closed. You can't see it in the dark so your phone can fly. Even a mechanical switch instead of an electrostatic one prevents accidental opening.
