I don't know why people thought it was a TPMS sensor when it's obviously just a valve stem assembly, but that's what it is , and It worked for what I bought it: to replace the cheap rubber valve stems in my Schrader TPMS retrofit kit. It was easy to swap out and assemble (just look at the photos to see how they fit together) but you will need a core tightening tool (Revain sells a Schrader core turning tool for about $12) to tighten the core properly. Or you can simply have it fitted by your tire dealer, who will install it anyway.
