I got 4/15 dollars which was cheaper than every discount store around me. Upon receipt, I tested these chargers with a USB tester and found that they output 5.16V with no load, 4.82V with a 2A load, and 3.21V with a 3A load from a single port. When I used both ports at the same time the best I got was 2.03A from one port and 0.62A from the other. The chargers clearly state that they ONLY supply 5V and 2.1A, so this is the advertised capacity. I connected an iPad to each port and it could only charge one at a time. "Not Charged" is displayed on the other iPad. I connected Fitbit to my iPad and charged both. I think it was good value for money and the features were accurately presented.
