I use it everyday when I run in the morning. This bag is very slim and hugs the waist snugly without the LARGE VOLUME of a traditional belt bag. I really love this accessory. I love wireless bluetooth headphones so much they tend to turn off, especially when playing sports. If you appreciate and enjoy traditional wired headphones, then this is for you. Bluetooth headphones are so overpriced and not that reliable. I haven't found one that works best. Also, it's a lot easier to access your phone/music than having a bandage holder on your bicep. Also, I rarely touch my phone while running or exercising because I can control the volume through the wired earbud and also cue my music track forward and backward right from my Fitbit watch.
