Fits Just Right: my feedback
I wore out my last black shrug! It was perfect for freezing cold restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect size to tuck away in a purse. So I ordered this one. It works for what I need although it says it is soft and it isn't. It feels more spandexy than soft. It isn't tight though so there is room to fit over t-shirts etc.
