Everything is good but not as advertised

I was looking for something more powerful than the Chrome Book. I ordered this one but it came with 4GB RAM instead of 8 as advertised and 119GB HD instead of 128GB as advertised. Everything else seems to work fine and will work for my purposes but very disappointed that it is not as advertised.
