I ordered this as my PS3 could no longer read Blu-ray discs. I have a 120GB Slim model - make sure you order the correct product as replacement parts vary for each model. Screwdrivers are included to remove special security screws. All you need is a small set of standard Phillips and flathead screwdrivers. Otherwise, there are YouTube videos that easily walk you through the exchange. Taking something apart and seeing how it works isn't difficult at all and is quite a lot of fun. Take advantage and clean your fan while you take it apart!
