No Customer Service Response

Installed these lights and was pretty happy until one of them stopped working about a month after installing and sent a message to the seller who never responded so now I have one light that doesn't work and no way to replace just one.
May have to buy a whole set again but if it comes to that I won't give these guys any more of my money. They should be able to replace one light or at the very least respond to customers that reach out.

The recessed design may require professional installation, adding to the cost
