I like that they are flexible with my schedule, so it's not hard scheduling calls or meetings when we're in different time zones! Also love how easy their system was once set up - no learning curve at all!! They have been great about communicating issues/changes as well which has helped us be more efficient overall during our onboarding process.- Nothing specific- Just getting used to new software took some adjusting but now things run smoothly from an efficiency standpoint (and also helps keep track of who did what). We've seen immediate results by having someone else handle sales activities outside your team while you focus internally instead being spread too thin across multiple people handling those tasks yourself;-).
