Good. I provided a detailed review here that Revain deemed unpublishable, so I'll try to republish the summary. This laptop is actually pretty amazing for the price. It's hard to find a decent car at a reasonable price, especially for a teenager. However, as many reviewers point out, it's locked in S mode - every boot you've used contained a corrupted Windows Store (I would have thought they'd fixed that after the first dozen reviews complaining about it!) Whether you like Mode S or not, it's a building block if you don't follow the instructions below: * If you're familiar with Windows, go to Microsoft's website, download the ISO image, and boot into a USB drive. * Reboot the laptop by pressing Func + F2 to enter BIOS. Make USB the primary boot drive.* After the USB drive boots, reinstall Windows on the primary drive, overwriting the existing OS. If you do this before using your laptop, you don't have to worry about data loss. . Reboot and the laptop has a running version of Windows 10. I was able to unlock "S" mode in seconds to get full Windows.
