The best thing about Merrimac is that they are extremely knowledgeable in their field. They listen very well and have great ideas for how to improve our systems. They also know when to say no! We've been working with them since 2015. I can't think of anything we dislike at this point. If you're looking for someone who will be there every step of the way through implementation or ongoing support, look no further than Merrimac. Their team has helped us implement many different types of software including but not limited to: VMware vSphere, Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce CRM, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, etc..
