I like that they provide an excellent customer service team with top notch support personnel for all their products so far have been very satisfied thus recommending others as well! They are always trying new things which makes us feel more secure in knowing we can trust them completely when it comes time do implement these systems into our environment!! The best thing about Merrimac is that they are extremely knowledgeable in their field. They listen very well and have great ideas for how to improve our systems. They also know when to say no!
