When the 4 screw holes align with the 4 holes on the bracket. and the bar is built into a standard case as standard, the back of the drive sticks out very far. In my case, this meant that the hoses from my water cooler would interfere with the installation. I had to move the drive forward and mount it so that the 2 rear holes on the drive lined up with the 2 front holes on the bracket. So the disc is only held by 2 screws. It works, but the design seems strange to me. Ultimately it works. so 3 stars (which means "good, functional" to me, not 4 for "very good" or 5 for "excellent").
