I drained and filled my 2011 Altima 3.5 and used all 5 liters to reach the top of the cross section on the dipstick. I've driven 55,000 miles on the original fluid and have noticed a slight "tremor" at low speeds in cold weather. Draining and refilling seems to have fixed the problem and everything seems smoother now. Hopefully this fluid will run smoothly for another 30,000 miles until my next drain and fill.
